Job responsibilities include the following:

1. Achieve sales goals
2. Provide excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships for Maximum
3. Prepare, present, and follow up on account calls
4. Present all lines, new products; expand distribution on existing products and communicate results internally and to manufacturer
5. Present promotions and marketing strategies to accounts and communicate results internally and to manufacturer
6. Request, create, and utilize data, sales tools, and other resources to promote & sell products
7. Perform line reviews at accounts; communicate results and recommendations internally and to manufacturers
8. Communicate account needs and announcements to manufacturers and make program recommendations
9. Follow Maximum Marketing communication and account call procedures
10. Visit retail locations within account for accurate knowledge during headquarter call
11. Meet the needs of all clients
12. Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
13. Great team player
14. Demonstrate excellent follow up skills
15. Represent and promote our mission statement
16. Comply with account call frequency requirements
17. Return phone calls within 24 hours (48 if extenuating circumstances)
18. Answer email within 48 hours
19. Attend specified sales meetings and/or trade shows (approximately 5 per year)
20. Accurate and timely submission of paperwork and reporting
21. Perform other responsibilities as requested by Management

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Good organizational skills and ability to multi task
3. Account management experience
4. Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
5. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; and must have clean, presentable, reliable transportation
6. Have working office space with fax capabilities, phone, and cable internet connection
7. Have adequate space for samples, literature, and any other work materials
8. Overnight travel required
