Steve Verde is Northeast Division Manager. He is responsible for the territory from Washington, D.C. to Maine. Steve was Vice President of sales at United Natural Foods. His sales philosophy is to provide customers with the best service in the industry. Steve has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Bonnie Dugan is Southeast Sales Manager. Bonnie has followed the natural food industry for years and is excited about the growth and future of the industry. She comes to Maximum Marketing with a strong sales background in retail and real estate, as well as merchandising. Bonnie has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Gary Papendick is Midwest Natural and Specialty Independent Sales Manager. Gary has over 30 years of experience in the natural food industry including ownership and general management of natural foods stores. He is also a certified Food Safety Manager. Gary has been with Maximum Marketing since 2010.
Shawn Carastro is the Sales & Marketing Coordinator for retail accounts. She joined the team after working in natural food stores, and has been with Maximum Marketing since 2001.
Troy Emineth is Northeast Account Manager. He has over 15 years of experience in the conventional and natural grocery industry including positions as Director of Purchasing at UNFI and Senior Buyer at C & S Wholesale Grocers. Troy holds a degree in Management and Accounting from Rocky Mountain College. Troy has been with Maximum Marketing since 2009.
Michael Orlando is Account Manager for the Eastern Midwest. He has over 30 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Representative of both Specialty and Natural products and has worked extensively with distributors such as Kehe Foods, DPI Midwest and others on establishing new brands and increasing sales. He holds an associates degree from Oakton Community College and a degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. Michael has been with Maximum Marketing since 2009.
Jerry Le Blanc is Account Manager for Pennsylvania and Maryland. Jerry has over 15 years of experience in the food industry, representing prestigious manufacturers for distributor accounts such as Tree of Life and Haddon House. He holds an undergraduate degree from Villanova University an MBA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University.
Ken Buffington is the Grocery Account Manager for New England. Ken has more than 30 years of knowledge and experience in health and beauty care and general merchandise categories. His experience includes sales, merchandising and management of field and supervisor staff. Ken has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Keith Sloan is a Grocery Account Manager for the Southeast. Keith has been in the food industry for more than five years, holding positions of account manager at Maximum Marketing and sales rep supervisor for a food company. Keith has been with Maximum Marketing since 2005.
Tom Loos is Grocery Account and Business Development Manager. He has been in the grocery industry for 29 years including 19 years in the food brokerage industry. He has also worked for 10 years in the grocery industry, including 7 years in store management. Tom has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Nancy Petrosino is a Mid-Atlantic Grocery Account Manager. She is responsible for the headquarter calls for Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and parts of New York. Nancy has worked in the food industry, holding the title of District Account Manager for Archway Cookies, Sales Rep for an in-house private label for Supervalu Accounts and has also managed an independent supermarket. Nancy has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Nancy Schmedes is Southeast Account Manager. Bringing 15 years of experience to Maximum Marketing, Nancy worked as a National Sales Manager for French Meadow Bakery, as well as Director of Natural Foods for a Natural Food Broker. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 2005.
Don Friedman is Supermarket Account Manager for the Western Midwest. Don joins Maximum Marketing with over 25 years of industry experience as a Distributor Account Manager, earning multiple awards as salesman of the year. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Elmhurst College.
Rob Chew is Account Manager for the New York Metro area. Rob has over ten years of experience in the food industry, including several years of merchandising and territory management with Tree of Life an Haddon House Foods. Rob has been with Maximum Marketing since 2009.
Linda Amrich is Supermarket Account Manager for New England. She joins Maximum Marketing with over 25 years of experience in the supermarket industry, including over 10 years managing retail development for a portfolio of prestigious brands. Linda holds a degree in Business Administration from Western New England College.
Ken Oehler is Southeast Supermarket Merchandising Manager, supervising all territory managers from Virginia to Miami. Ken has 25 years experience in the grocery business, including 14 years with different brokers. He was Merchandising Manager at Tree of Life where he introduced natural food sections into stores such as Publix, Bi-Lo and Krogers. Ken has been with Maximum Marketing since 2003.
Alan Chamberlain is the NE Merchandising Manager. His 24 years of experience includes Hannaford Supermarkets and UNFI. He holds a BS in Business Management and resides in Keene, NH with his wife and daughters. Alan has been with Maximum Marketing since 2004.
Janet Saboe is Supermarket Account Manager for the Eastern Midwest. Janet brings over 10 years of industry experience to Maximum Marketing, having worked as a buyer and category manager for a major retail chain, a business manager for a sales & marketing agency, and a sales manager for a leading specialty food manufacturer.
Christopher Stricklin is Territory Merchandiser for Retail Grocery accounts in Virginia. Chris has experience in product placement, quality control, Merchandising and customer service. He holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Media Studies from Goucher College, where he was also an awarded goalie for the varsity lacrosse team.
Chuck Covatis is Territory Merchandiser for the North Atlantic Region. He has over 35 years of retail management, sales, and merchandising experience with companies including Bradlees, Millbrook, and KeHE. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys golf and tournament ping pong. Chuck has been with Maximum Marketing since 2009.
Sue Warner is Territory Merchandiser for retail accounts in Central Florida, where she serves grocery stores. Her experience includes 10 years of working with brokers and distributors in food sales. Sue has been with Maximum Marketing since 2001.
Antoinette Fitzgerald is Territory Merchandiser for the Mid-Atlantic region. She has many years of experience in plan-o-gram creation and implementation, product placement, merchandising and customer service. Antoinette holds an associate degree in Liberal Arts from Northampton Community College.
Frank Godfrey is Natural Merchandiser for Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee. He served 4 years in the US Navy and holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Reinhardt College in Canton, Georgia. Frank joined Maximum Marketing with over 10 years of experience in merchandising. He has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Ashley Mattocks is Territory Manager for retail grocery accounts in Northern Florida. Ashley has several years of experience in management and customer service with a major retail chain. She was also a member of the Army National Guard.
Dolores Reese is Territory Merchandiser Natural and Grocery accounts in South Florida. Dolores has over 25 years of experience in Territory Management, sales and merchandising for retailers, manufacturers and brokers.
Paul Gram is Territory Set Team Merchandiser for Florida. Paul has over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service and holds an Associate’s Degree in Psychology.
Bernie Clavelle is Territory Manager for retail grocery accounts in Southern Florida. He has over 20 years of management and merchandising experience with Tree of Life and Winn Dixie Supermarkets. While at Tree of Life, Bernie achieved membership into the Tree of Life Presidents Club. Bernie has been with Maximum Marketing since 2010.
Marianne Kasper is Territory Manager for retail grocery accounts in Northwest Florida. Marianne has over 15 years of retail merchandising and sales experience, including territory management with Maximum Marketing from 2000-2003 and returned to the company in 2009.
Milton Leon LaFebre is Territory Merchandiser for retail grocery accounts in the New York Tri State area. Milton has over 11 years of sales, merchandising and management experience in the supermarket industry. He is also working towards his degree in business.
Matt Kenney is Territory Merchandiser for the North Atlantic region. Matt has over 11 years of distributor and broker customer service and merchandising experience in the supermarket and natural retail industries.
David Brown is Set Team Merchandiser for South Florida. He brings to Maximum Marketing several years of experience in merchandising and plan-o-gram maintenance.
Helena McIntyre is Territory Set Team Merchandiser for Georgia and Alabama. She has 10 years of experience in broker and retailer sales, marketing and merchandising.
Jesse Woods is Territory Set Team Merchandiser for Western Florida. Jesse has several years of experience in customer service, restaurant management and custom design.
Lenny Trujillo is Territory Set Team Merchandiser for South Florida. He has over 15 years of progressive experience in retail territory sales, merchandising, warehouse inventory and marketing.
Chris Ierley is Territory Merchandiser for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has industry experience with a major retailer as a Dry Grocery Buyer and has several years of experience in purchase order management, customer service and merchandising. Chris holds an associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
Cassandra Schroeder is Territory Merchandiser for the Midwest. She has several years of experience of merchandising and customer service experience with brokers and major retailers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
Marja Cruz is a Territory Manager for retail accounts in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, where she services natural and grocery stores. Before joining Maximum Marketing, she worked as the Puerto Rico sales representative for Tree of Life. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 2002.
Trudy Karydis is Natural Territory Manager for retail accounts in northern Florida and Southeast Natural Sales Trainer. She has worked in the Health Food Industry for 12 years in both management and buying, as well as serving as sales broker. Trudy has been with Maximum Marketing since 2003.
Gray Parsons is Natural Territory Manager for Maryland, West Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Michael has a background in both medical and nutritional sales and marketing. He previously owned his own sales and distribution business for 17 years. Michael has been with Maximum Marketing since 2006.
Sheryl Kula is Natural Territory Manager for Western New England. She holds a degree from University of New Hampshire and has many years of experience in Natural HBC management, sales, and customer service. Sheryl has also been actively involved in many community volunteer programs and holds a certification from the Community Leadership Institute in New York. Sheryl has been with Maximum Marketing since 2008.
Coco Frey is Natural Territory Manager for South Florida. Coco has founded, managed and represented several small food retail and educational businesses. She graduated with honors from Texas Women’s College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Kelly House is Territory Manager for North Carolina and Virginia. Kelly has over 10 years of natural industry experience as a broker sales representative, natural trade writer and as a Health and Body Care manager. She holds a degree in Pre-Med, is also a trained Life Coach and Teacher of Ascension Meditation.
James Dennen is Territory Manager for Eastern New England. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Massachusetts’ College of Business and has several years of experience working with school administration and students.
Susan Askildson is Territory Manager for Minnesota, Wisconsin and The Dakotas. She has over 15 years of experience in the health and beauty industry, including retail management and ownership and wellness management. Susan studied physical education and is a Registered Cosmetologist.
Sara Coffey is Territory Manager for Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. She has over 8 years of Natural industry buying and management experience. Sara holds a degree in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. She also volunteers for The Community Outreach for Health and Wellness.
Chad Bennett is Natural Territory Manager for North Florida. Chad has almost 30 years of management and operations experience, as well as experience in marketing and training staff at all levels, with a leading Southeast retailer.
Jose Ortiz is Natural Territory Manager for Michigan and Ohio. He has been involved with the natural foods industry since he was a teenager and began his career with Maximum Marketing as a Natural Merchandiser. Jose has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Chris Kelly is the Natural Merchandiser for North Carolina, Virginia and the Southern Mid-Atlantic, covering Whole Foods and Earth Fare stores. Chris has 35 years in the foods business with experience in supermarket sales and merchandising. Chris has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Andrea Huff is the Natural Territory Manager for Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Deleware and lower New York state. She has an extensive background in natural foods, including work as a personal chef for individuals and groups, creating one of the first organic school lunch programs and producing a children’s natural food cooking show. Andrea has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
John Engstrom is Territory Manager for Illinois and Indiana. John has several years of sales and buying experience in the natural foods industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Secondary Education from the University of St Thomas and a Master of Arts degree in Social Justice from Loyola University Chicago.
Jason Stimson is Natural Territory Manager for Upstate New York. Jason has dedicated his life to health, nutrition and fitness and has several years of experience in sales management with health and fitness retailers.
Denise Manna is the HBC Sales Manager for the New York, New Jersey territory. She holds a certificate in Health Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Denise also is a board member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Denise has been with Maximum Marketing since 2008.
Kelly Hubertus is Natural HBC Specialist for South Florida. Kelly has experience in the Health and Beauty Care industry including graduating with honors from the American Institute of Cosmetology. She also has over 8 years of experience in customer service and travel. Kelly has been with Maximum Marketing since 2010.
Stacey Barnette is Natural HBC Specialist covering key accounts for Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, and the southern tip of North Carolina. She holds a degree in Fashion Marketing and is certified as an Aesthetician from the Academy of Spa Aesthetics in Atlanta. Stacey has over 18 years of experience in retail management, sales, marketing, and promotions. Stacey has been with Maximum Marketing since 2008.
Amanda Liptak is Natural HBC Specialist for the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut territory. She has several years of experience with merchandising and sales for retailers such as Whole Foods. Amanda also has experience with Floral Design and is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist.
Chris Voso is HBC Specialist for The New York Metropolitan area. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Natural products industry including experience in sales management with supplement manufacturers and distributors. Chris holds a degree in literature from SUNY Purchase College.
MaryAnn Sullivan is HBC Specialist for the Mid Atlantic region. She has over 10 years of experience in sales management, development and training with presitigious health and beauty care brands. MaryAnn is a Certified Paramedical Esthetician and is a certified personal trainer. She holds a degree in Business Administration from University Maryland University College.
Michelle Hainey is HBC Specialist covering accounts in the North Atlantic territory. Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the health and welless industry, including ownership and management of two restaurants and servicing natural and independent accounts as a broker sales representative. She earned a BS in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and she enjoys competing in triathlons and other racing events.
Michelle Matlack is HBC Specialist for Chicago. Michelle has over 15 years of sales, buying and merchandising experience in the natural products and health and beauty care industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Kent State University.
Adine Stevens is the Supermarket Sales Assistant. She is responsible for supermarket promotions and new items in addition to the needs of the department. Before joining Maximum Marketing, Adine worked for the tax department at Barclay’s Bank. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 2001.
Nancy Leonard is SE Retail Sales Support Assistant. She handles promotions of new items and existing retail products, as well as the execution of ad and demonstration programs. Nancy has more than 20 years experience in sales and management in the garment industry. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 1998.
Brandi Joyner is NE Retail Support Sales Assistant. Prior to Maximum Marketing, Brandi worked in the mortgage industry as a loan processor and office administrator. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 2007.
Kelly Anderson is MW Retail Support Sales Assistant. Kelly has over 10 years of administrative, retail and sales support experience. Her most recent position was with an orthopedic device support company. She has been with Maximum Marketing since 2011.
Alison Steinberg is Executive Assistant and Accounts Receivable. She holds a BS in Management from Hartwick College and has over 20 years of experience in retail management, merchandising and customer service. Alison was Trade Show Coordinator and Office Manager for Maximum Marketing from 2003-2005. She returned to the company in 2008.
Stephanie Mincey handles Distributor Promotions, Data Management, and the Company Web Site. She holds a BM in Piano from Stetson University and has several years experience in corporate retail, accounting, and marketing. Stephanie worked with Maximum Marketing from 2003-2005 and rejoind the company in 2007.
Linda Greenia is Distributor Order Processor. She brings to Maximum many years of experience in the banking industry as well as experience in customer service, office management, and administrative support. Linda has been with Maximum Marketing since 2009.
Ester Vohs is Trade Show Coordinator. Ester has extensive experience in customer service and administrative office functions. She has enjoyed part time work as an Event Specialist and is certified in Food Safety by the state of Ohio.
Lee Peretz is Office Assistant. While with Maximum Marketing, Lee is working towards a bachelor’s degree in business at Palm Beach State College.
Maria Montesdeoca handles distributor new item forms, price changes and other vendor support paperwork. Maria has several years of industry experience working for manufacturers as a sales executive assistant, handling sales and trade spend analysis, customer service and sales support. She holds a degree in Business Administration and is a certified Bilingual Judicial Interpreter.
Tamara Gandhi is Turnover Order Processor. She has over 20 years of administrative and customer service and office management experience in the health care and veterinary health care industries.
